The work process will start
at the beginning of April:
1. Partner schools and students will
get to know each other by making introductory videos or photos introducing
themselves that will be uploaded on twinspace
2. Teachers will obtain the lyrıcs and
soundtracks of some of Queen songs and
they will distribute them to the different cooperative groups of the countries
involved.
3. Students take the lyrics of the song and
think about the plot of the song. Then they will write a paragraph which
shows the meaning and the influence of the song in their countries. They will
upload the paragraph with a photo in the blog.
4. After finishing their
writings, they will look for different materials (photos of the band, photos
of some concert in their country, wallpapers, soundtracks, videos, film trailers, lyrics, quotes, sheet music…) about the song they are analysing and they will
make a slideshow showing:
- The plot of the song
- The meaning of the lyrics
- The tips on British
culture
- The influence on their own
countries
- The influence all over
the world
5. After working cooperatively to make the
slideshow, they will upload it on the twinspace and on the blog.
6. After all slideshows are uploaded on
twinspace, teachers from partner schools will come together on Skype and share
their evaluations and choose the most creative one.
7. Finally, each country will translate the
song they have analised into their own language and sing half of the song in
their native language and half in another language (one of the partners’ languages
involved in the Project). Then a videoclip
will be recorded and all the videos will be uploaded on the twinspace and the blog.
